Helping young people find their thing.

Helping young people find their thing
OUR MISSION

Revolutionizing the transition from learning to earning

For most young people, the transition from school into the world is daunting. They're faced with deciding what they want to be before knowing who they really are. Rushed into choices without the opportunity to really, properly consider their options.

So, Anyway is shaking up the outdated system of career advice. Building the platform we wish we’d had when we were younger.

By combining engaged learning with AI-powered personalized 1:1 coaching, we help young people properly consider their options before applying with confidence. Because that’s how they find success, fulfilment and, most importantly, happiness.

We don’t just help young people find a career.

We help them find their thing.

OUR STORY

From pressure
to possibility

We all experience it towards the end of school - that immense pressure to figure out what to do with the rest of our lives.

Founders Saxon and Will saw too many friends struggle through that pressure. Some lost their way. Some, heartbreakingly, lost their lives. So, they set out to change things. To help young people face life after school with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

What started as an idea between friends is now a national movement - reaching millions of young people and over half of Australia’s middle and high schools.

Along the way, governments, educators, brands, and industries have joined in - united by one belief: young people deserve better.

Now, that belief is going global as
we bring this mission to the USA.

Helping every young person,
everywhere, find their thing.

OUR APPROACH

Consideration is our ‘thing’.

A lack of knowledge and personalization is leading to many young people not properly considering, or simply writing off, potential career paths. So, we've created a new kind of careers platform - built around consideration.

Real consideration needs two things that are lacking today: Engaged learning and personalization.

We deliver both through two innovations:

Driving consideration by making exploration active and meaningful, not passive.

Interactive content about different pathways, made in partnership with real businesses, which young people are incentivized to complete with real rewards.

The average student-to-advisor ratio is 376:1. We make it 1:1.

Coach’s personalized guidance drives consideration by making every journey individually relevant and responsive to each person's unique interests and values.

When we put the two together,
the results are magic…

Meet the team

Will Stubley
Will Stubley

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Will's thing

Building things that matter.

Will studied Civil Engineering despite his interest in Carpentry, after scoring higher on his final exams than expected. After seeing first-hand how a lack of career support can impact young people, he started a blog, called Year13, with co-founder Saxon, to try and help those around them figure out what to do with their life.

Saxon Phipps
Saxon Phipps

Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Saxon's thing

Unlocking potential through creativity.

Saxon never took a straight path. After finishing school, like most, he struggled with the societal pressures of “having to know exactly what he wanted to do” with his life at 17. Experiencing this firsthand became his superpower realizing that it’s experience, not certainty, that gives people confidence and self-growth.

Gabrielle Rone
Gabrielle Rone

Head of Partnerships

Gigi's thing

Transforming ambiguity into strategy, then momentum.

Gigi started college out of obligation, not calling, and left early to chase real-world experiences and find her thing. What she discovered was an instinct for building brands and operationalizing ideas into systems that work. With 15 years across sales, strategy, and operations, she now helps emerging companies scale with precision and momentum.

Harry Dimitroff
Harry Dimitroff

General Manager

Harry's thing

Making complex ideas simple and simple ideas happen.

Harry spent about three minutes deciding what to do after school. He liked the idea of making ads, studied Marketing, and quickly learned advertising wasn’t really his thing. That detour led him across roles and industries, and now as General Manager at Anyway, he brings strategy, creativity, and people together to make ideas happen.

Lillian Gorman
Lillian Gorman

Head of Marketing

Lilian's thing

Bringing bold ideas to life through creativity, innovation, and sheer stubbornness.

Lillian’s career went from film sets to fighter jets, as she zig-zagged from film & media to innovation consultancy for the Air Force. She then found her passion in the higher ed sector - helping young people find the pathway that’s right for them. Now as Head of Marketing at Anyway, she’s on a mission to help as many young people as possible find their thing.

Nick Menere
Nick Menere

Chief Product Officer

Nick's thing

Solving real world problems with creativity through tech.

Nick dropped out of a selective school, tried five different majors, and then collected more job titles than he can remember at Atlassian as one of its early employees. After co-founding CodeBarrel (later acquired by Atlassian), he learned retirement wasn’t for him. Now CPO at Anyway, he works a the heart of where creativity meets technology to make real impact.

Tash Markham
Tash Markham

Chief of Staff

Tash's thing

Finding ways to do things that seem impossible.

Tash dropped out of three degrees before realizing her thing wasn’t in the lecture hall; it was out in the world, turning ideas into reality. Now Chief of Staff to Anyway’s co-founders, she keeps things moving, clears the noise, and makes sure the big ideas actually happen.

Mark Chaimungkalanont
Mark Chaimungkalanont

Chief Technology Officer

Mark's thing

Exploring the world, chiefly through food.

Mark found early enjoyment in building RPG worlds in high school, even writing turn-based games in Pascal. As the internet kicked off in ’96, tech felt like the natural place for his curiosity and creativity to land. That early mix of exploration and problem-solving has permeated his working life and now sees him leading Anyway’s tech team as CTO.

Pippa Lennon
Pippa Lennon

Head of Talent

Pippa's thing

Empowering others to reach their potential in the world of work.

After starting out at one of London’s top grammar schools, Pippa decided college wasn’t for her and jumped straight into work. Now Head of Talent for Anyway in the US, she builds people strategies, shapes culture, and helps scale high-performing teams, along the way learning what great hiring really looks like.

Pirow Cronje
Pirow Cronje

Head of Operations

Pirow's thing

Helping teams to be effective.

Pirow was kind of obsessed with becoming an Architect, though with considerable encouragement he rather fell into Finance by way of first studying Information Systems Design (what even is that?). Determined to not be an Accountant, Pirow later found his groove in Analytics, which ultimately landed him in Strategy & Planning.
